I taught myself HTML years ago too! You continue to be a source of inspiration and a wealth of knowledge. All I can say to the ladies out there suffering,is why waste time with physicians that don’t respect you? Please go to Dr Cook and eliminate years of suffering….it can improve your quality of living immensely. Dr Cook is a great guy, a very talented doctor and surgeon and his staff is one in a million. It seems ironic that at the time you were practicing in New Orleans I was living in California and made the trip there to meet you and have surgery. Now you’re in California wit me and perhaps women are traveling from New Orleans.

Thank you for your compassion and concern for me and the countless other women just like me.

Living a life without endo pain is one of my life’s greatest blessings and I appreciate you for giving that to me.
