I have had endo for as long as I can remember, but did not know that it was the problem until I was in my early thirties. I have had 3 children with no conception problems. I ended up with a complete hysterectomy in 2006. I then discovered that I had endo in my bladder and had 5 shots of lupron. All this to lead up to the fact that I have not been able to feel like I have recovered. I am sensitive to Wheat (stomach pain), sugar ( get sleepy), oy (start bleeding after peeing). I have about 50 lbs that I could get rid of and not miss it. But, it is so discouraging to keep trying to find a way to lose weight only to find that it doesn’t work for me. my Dr. jokes that for some reason I defy the normal way of things and it seems that she is right.
I need help to find a way to lose weight that doesn’t make my day revolve around food and doesn’t cost a fortune.
Any additions suggestions to the ones in the blog?
